Can you start in two weeks?
Yes for Phase 1 in most cases. Phase 2 pod assembly takes 2 to 4 weeks depending on stack.
Where do your engineers physically sit?
Disclosed per engagement, in writing, before signature. EU and EU-adjacent residency available for workloads that require it.
What if we want to hire one of your engineers?
There is a defined conversion path. We would rather you hire them than lose the relationship.
What if the pod is not working?
30 days notice, any direction, any phase. You keep every artifact produced to date.
Do you sign our paper?
Yes, within reason. We have a redlined MSA we can share as a starting point.
Do Managed Services lock us in?
No. The runbook, eval suite, cost model, and policy files live in your repository from day one. You can take operations in-house with 30 days notice.
Are you GDPR / NIS2 / DORA / EU AI Act ready?
Yes, with documented controls. The Phase 1 memo classifies your specific system against each applicable framework.
