Phase 1: Discovery
A senior engineering lead embeds with you for two weeks. Output is a written technical memo: target workflow, system architecture, data model, AI surface, evaluation strategy, security posture, risks, rollout plan, and a build plan with cost.
Not a deck. Not a strategy. A document your own engineers can implement from if they choose to.
Phase 2: Build
The pod is assembled and embedded. Code lives in your repositories from day one. We target staging by week 4 and a first controlled production release by week 8 when access, data, and security approvals are available on time.
You see velocity and quality every week, not at a quarterly review.
Phase 3: Operate & Expand
Once the first workflow is live, the pod expands around what works: more workflows, more data sources, more user surfaces. This is where most of our engagements live for 12 to 24 months.
You can scale the pod up, down, or out at 30 days notice.

30-minute scoping call. Outcome: a one-page problem statement we both sign.
- Day 1–3
MSA, DPA, access provisioning, security review with your team.
- Day 4–14
Phase 1 embed. Senior lead in your standups, repos, data, and incident channels. Daily working notes in your workspace.
- Day 14
Phase 1 memo delivered. Go / no-go decision meeting.
- Day 15–30
If go: pod assembled, environments provisioned, first commits to your repository, week-1 demo scheduled.
If by day 30 you do not have code in your staging environment, something is wrong, and we will say so before you do.
